Here at Black Lace, you will receive a full-day luxury experience starting with professional hair and makeup. Then, enjoy browsing through our walk-in client closet, where you can select pieces to wear for your session and choose accessories to complete any look! We also send every client a guide on what to bring and shopping places for those who prefer to bring their own items.
During your session, I will demonstrate and guide you through each pose, making it easy to achieve your desired look! Once your session is finished, we will then show you to our client lounge, where you can choose to wait while I put the final touches on your images, or you can grab a bite to eat.
Now is the best part. Seeing your images the same day! Your images will be displayed through a slideshow on the big screen. It's kind of like a Hollywood premiere!! I will help you choose your favorites, or you may just love them all for your album or heirloom box!
Your session begins at 9:00 am.
We offer snacks and fresh beverages throughout your session!
Hair & makeup will begin immediately after arriving. Please arrive with a makeup free face and your hair completely dried and ready to be styled.
Now that your hair and makeup is complete, it is time to jump into your session! We will show you to the dressing room area where all your outfits will be laid out for you.
Do not stress about posing! I will guide you through every single pose right down to your fingertips. Before you know it you will be striking your own poses.
After your session is complete, we will break for about 60 minutes. During this time you can go grab a bit to eat or hang out in the lounge area.
Once you return we will then present your gallery of images to you through a slide show. Then together, we will narrow down your favorites and help you choose the best products to display your stunning images.
Orders take around 6-8 weeks to arrive.

The next step after booking your boudoir session is receiving your Welcome Email! This email will share with you all the information to start planning, preparing, and ensuring you have all the resources at your fingertips! We have a special section just for you if you are traveling to us from the area.

We need more information from you! Our questionnaire is an essential part of the process. You will receive the questionnaire in your first few emails from us. We want to know what you like, dislike, and even what to know what inspires you! My favorite part about the questionnaire is that it gives you a place to brag about yourself. I loved to learn more about you!
All the questions we ask will help us give you a more personalized touch to your session.

Setting up your consultation is an excellent way for us to dive into your vision and better understand what inspires you. Consultations are a required part of the process for new clients. During your consultation, we will cover all the information you will need to help you get started with planning your session. Need help with what to wear? Outfits? Where to shop? We have a guide for that!
All consultations are done by video chat or in-person and take place on Tuesday or Thursday between 9:00 am-3:30 pm.

Here comes the fun part! Creating a Pinterest board is an excellent way to pin ALL your favorite poses, images, and outfits. This board allows us to see what you like and what style you want. In your Welcome Email, we will share how to create a board and keep it private!

Let's get to shopping! What woman doesn't enjoy a little shopping for herself?! Your next step is to start browsing online for ideas.
The Wardrobe Guide you received will give you a list of our TOP favorite shopping places that offer various options in different sizes, styles, and colors. We recommend going through that list first before googling outfits.

Did you know some of the best pieces may be the ones you already own? Your session includes between 2-4 outfits. That means you can choose a wide range of different looks. You do not have to wear lingerie for every single outfit. So why not get creative! Bring your favorite pair of jeans, a white tank top, and a button-up shirt. We can create stunning looks with simple attire!
