There is something about photographing bridal boudoir that makes me giddy inside. The excitement is sometimes so overwhelming that being creative is the only way to express it. I love antiques and anything old! I find them so unique to photograph because each piece has a story to tell along with the person I am photographing. So when I get the chance to include BOTH, I run with it and completely let my imagination go to town.
When shooting boudoir, I don’t always get to shoot detail pictures of random things in the room. It most cases my clients may not be typically interested in a picture of a piano or a flower laying on a desk, but sometimes you see that perfect idea in your head, and you just have to snap a few pictures! I love when I get to shoot in a historic home full of timeless pieces which allow me to tell a story along with my client’s session. This vintage bridal boudoir session was fun and different than what I have photographed before.
